MEMBERSHIP PAUSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Membership Pause is available to all members who do not rent a private office.
1.2 Members must be in good standing with all fees paid in full before initiating a Membership Pause.
2. PAUSE DURATION AND FEES
2.1 Members may pause their membership for a period of up to three (3) consecutive months, no more than six (6) months total in any one year period.
2.2 During the Membership Pause period, a reduced monthly fee of $15.00 will be charged to maintain the paused status.
2.3 The Membership Pause fee will be charged on the same billing cycle as the regular membership.
3. BENEFITS DURING PAUSE
3.1 For each month of the Membership Pause period, the member will receive one (1) complimentary Day Pass.
3.2 The complimentary Day Pass may be used by the member or gifted to another individual.
3.3 Day Passes are valid only during the month issued and do not accumulate or roll over to subsequent months.
3.4 To use or transfer a Day Pass, members must notify management at least 24 hours in advance.
4. FACILITY ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
4.1 During the Membership Pause period, members do not have access to the coworking facility except when using their monthly complimentary Day Pass.
4.2 All standard rules and policies regarding facility use apply when utilizing the Day Pass.
5. EARLY TERMINATION OF PAUSE
5.1 Members may end their Membership Pause early and return to their regular membership status by notifying management in writing.
5.2 Early termination of the Membership Pause will result in reinstatement of regular membership fees at the next billing cycle.
6. CANCELLATION DURING PAUSE
6.1 If a member decides to cancel their membership entirely during the Membership Pause period, they must provide written notice to management at least fourteen (14) days prior to their regular recurring payment date.
6.2 Failure to provide timely notice will result in an additional month of the Membership Pause fee being charged.
6.3 Upon cancellation, any unused Day Passes will be forfeited.
7. REINSTATEMENT AFTER PAUSE
7.1 At the end of the Membership Pause period (maximum six months), the membership will automatically revert to the original membership type and rate.
7.2 Members will be notified via email seven (7) days before their membership is reinstated.
8. LIMITATIONS
8.1 The coworking space reserves the right to modify or terminate the Membership Pause program with thirty (30) days' notice to all members.
